[Illustration] Drendell's Distress

This commission was made with the request that I make it more like a book cover, hence the image's size ratio, specifically with the main characters having a full body and the villains having their faces more exposed. It was also requested that I made the shadows a strong, pure black to reflect the main characters' peril.

I've decided to go with strong, green flames to make it so the villains' color was predominant on the artwork and the light reflected them as the villains preyed on the main characters. The final image has their colors stronger than the villains, making them the focal point first before letting the viewer's eyes take sight of the villains. More specifically, the one with a skull head.

After delivering the thumbnails, the client chose the one that fit their tastes the most and I polished it properly.

The total time of delivery was around 2 days.
