[Animation] Seb's Stream Fugi

A Fugi made for stream, commissioned by Seb on Vgen!

It was requested of me to make both an idle animation and a "bratty" talking animation out of an already drawn piece that was shown to me as a reference. I had lots of fun doing this small project, specially with specific frame constraint requested by the commissioner, as it had me thinking of how to fit the animation within those numbers of frames.
